Is Dubai visa free?
GCC citizens from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain do not need a visa to the UAE.
Is a Dubai visa upon arrival?
Visa on arrival can be obtained with different terms if you are a citizen of the below countries:

1- Andorra, Australia, Brunei, Canada, Vatican City, Hong Kong (China), Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Chile, Monaco, Russia, San Marino, Seychelles Islands, Singapore, Ukraine, Mauritius, China, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America.
Terms:
Multi entry visa to be obtained upon arrival for 30 days and can be extended for another 30 days.
10 days grace period for extension.
*** Passport should be valid for more than 6 months

2- South Korea, Argentina, Bahamas, Solomon Islands, Nauru
Terms:
Visa to be obtained upon arrival for 90 days and can be extended

Is Dubai visa on arrival for Indian citizens?
Indian citizens holding a US visa, US green card, resident permit in the UK or resident permit in Europe can obtain an entry permit for 14 days on arrival.
Eligibility for visa on arrival may vary from time to time; therefore, please check with the UAE embassy in your country before travelling to the UAE.

You can apply for a Dubai visa anytime with a window of 59 to 3 days before your trip.

How many days can I stay in Dubai?
It depends on your UAE visa type. Please find the details below:

1- 30 days visa:
• Valid for 60 days to enter the country from issuance date.
• 10 days grace period apply.
• Can be extended for 30 days twice.

2- 90 days visa:
• Valid for 60 days to enter the country from issuance date.
• 10 days grace period apply.
• Can be extended for 30 days twice.

3- 30 days multi-entry:
• Valid for 60 days to enter the country from issuance date.
• 10 days grace period apply.
• Can be extended for 30 days twice.
• Valid for multi entry during 30 days from the first entry in UAE

4- 90 days multi-entry:
• Valid for 60 days to enter the country from issuance date.
• 10 days grace period apply.
• Can be extended for 30 days twice.
• Valid for multi entry during 90 days from the first entry in UAE.
Can Dubai visit visa be extended?
All types of visit and tourist visas can be extended for 30 days twice. This can be done without the need to leave the country.

However, the new rule for extension does not apply on the subsequent categories:
• Visitors and tourists who are residents in GCC countries
• Residents accompanying GCC nationals
• Those on special entry permits
• Those on 96-hour permits for special missions.
Can Dubai visa be cancelled?
Yes, Dubai visa can be cancelled before arrival. A cancellation fee will be applicable (USD40).
Can Dubai visa on arrival be extended?
Yes, it can be extended but certain terms and conditions apply according to your nationality. Please see below for details

Can Dubai visa be used to enter from Abu Dhabi?
Yes, any Dubai entry permit can be used to enter from any other emirate.
Is it mandatory to have a paper copy of my visa as a tourist at Dubai airport?
Yes. Although all entry permits (or the commonly used ones) in the UAE are E-visas (electronic copy), you need to carry a print-out with you when you travel to the UAE.
Can I exit the UAE with an expired visa?
Yes, you can but a fine will be applicable (AED200 for the first day, AED100 for each additional day and some administration fees)
However, you can still exit without paying your fine but your name will be blacklisted and an eye scan might be taken.
Can I apply for a new Dubai tourist visa without cancelling an already approved visa?
No, you need to cancel the approved visa before applying for a new visa, otherwise, your new application will be rejected.
Is it difficult to get a Dubai visa?
No it is not. Most of the countries can obtain a visa easily if the nationality is not blacklisted. However, there is always a chance for your application to get rejected due to any of the following reasons:

1- Your nationality is blacklisted.
2- Previous criminal record for fraud or misconduct in the UAE.
3- Valid UAE entry permits but not utilized yet.
4- valid employment visa but not utilized yet.
5- If you held a UAE residence visa earlier and left the country without cancelling it.
6- Passport scanned copy is not cleared.
7- Failing to provide supportive documents as the GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) requested such as a birth certificate, clear picture,etc.
What are the terms and conditions for a Dubai visa?
The visa fee is non-refundable once the application is with immigration; but that does not guarantee visa issuance.
Visa applications outcomes are subject to the immigration approval or rejection.
All visas are valid for 60 days to enter the country from the issuance date, after that the visa cannot be used or extended.
