Terms & Conditions

CONTRACT AND BOOKING

A ‘Client’ is any person mentioned on the booking form and who intends to travel with us.
A 'Product' is any service sold by Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism.
All clients will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of our booking conditions.
In order to confirm a booking, the agent must have received full payment of all transactions.
A contract between the client and Al Shaheen Al Arabi tourism comes into existence once we have confirmed the booking in writing and issued a confirmation.
The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) warrants that they have full authority to do so on behalf of all people whose name appear thereon … all such people are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions.
The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
No employees or representatives of Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism have any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism, unless authorized in writing and signed by the CEO of Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism.
Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation.

NAME CHANGE AMENDMENTS

At the time of making the booking, you must provide full correct names as they appear on your passport.
Please note that airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets.
Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism will not be held responsible for any charges that may incur for the incorrect submission of names.
A passport copy must/ should be provided when submitting preferred travelling dates for your vacation.

PAYMENT AND PRICING POLICY

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment at the time of booking.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notification will be sent to the customer via email to their registered email address within 24 hours upon receipt of payment.
Please be aware that some of our airfares and land arrangements need to be paid in full at the time of booking and carry a 100% cancellation charge, in these cases you will be notified at the time of booking.
Although every effort will be made to confirm your request, please note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation and Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism reserves the right to make changes if required.
Before a booking is confirmed, Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism reserves the right to amend price of product due to any circumstances outside the control of Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism such as changes relating to governmental action, increases in transportation costs (including schedule airfares and the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes, embarkation or disembarkation fees at airports), increases in admission fees and hotel rate adjustments or availability.

Payments can be made via bank transfers, Visa or MasterCard, customers must retain a copy of transaction records, merchant policies and rules.

USE OF CREDIT CARD

Please make sure that you have supplied us with the correct credit card billing information.
If the credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information are incorrect…., the issuance of your tickets may be delayed and the overall cost may increase.
We do reserve the right to cancel tickets after issue if payment is declined or if you have supplied incorrect credit card information. In addition, we also reserve the right to do random checks in order to minimize credit card fraud.
As a result of this, before issuing tickets we may require you to provide us with a fax or postal copy of proof of address, as well as a copy of your credit card and a recent statement.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT:

Should the client wish to cancel their tour, they must notify Al Shaheen Al Arabi Tourism in writing.
Such notification shall be deemed to have been given to us only on that date of the receipt of the client's letter/email since we can act only on receipt of the same.
They must state the reason for cancellation as it may be covered by their insurance policy.
Cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy will be depend on the services as the below

1- No cancellation on visa services
2- Airline ticket cancellation fee will be accosting to airline policy, whoever we do reserve the right to keep our service charge which is not more than 100 AED.
3- Holidays packages cancellation are different from case to case, Will be showing on the time of booking and your approval is required at time of booking.

REFUNDS:

Al Shaheen Al Arabi will refund passengers after considering several aspects of the product i.e. the cancellation policies of suppliers (hotels, airline, embassy, coach operators etc.).
It would take at least 7-45 working days to process the refund (if due).
It should be understood that there might be no refund whatsoever if the client does not utilize any of the services or not.
All refunds have to be collected within a maximum of 45 days from the refund processed.
The refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used at the company if any transaction is made by credit card the refunds for the same will also be debited back to the Credit card.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to follow up with the bank concerned.

PROMOTIONS/OFFERS/SCHEMES

In the case of special offers/promotions/schemes, the terms and conditions of the campaign will apply.
Any promotion which is not availed by the client cannot be compensated by any means.
The clients shall adhere to payment terms and schedule to be eligible for respective special offers/promotions/schemes.

AIRPORT TAXES

Some airports will levy an airport departure tax, which is payable by passengers at the airport locally.
Information on these charges is not given through our quoted fares and is your sole responsibility.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

Please ensure you have a passport valid for the duration of your trip.
(Some destinations require your passport to be valid for a certain length of time; in general, 6 months after completion of travel).
You may also be required to obtain a visa for some destinations (including for transit points) and it is your responsibility to do so prior to travelling.

When making a booking you must ensure the names on the booking form must be written exactly as they are on the holders’ passports. (ie spelling, middle name etc).
If you require any further information on passport or visa requirements, please contact one of our offices or the embassy of the country to which you will be travelling.

Failure to travel with the correct documentation could result in the passenger being refused travel, entry to the country of their destination or stop-over or transit point, deportation or incarceration and in such circumstance(s) you will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which you or we (or our agents or servants) incur.
Al Shaheen Al Arabi tourism declines any responsibility in case any of the customers is not able to provide the requested documents.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice.
Changed terms will become effective once posted on the website, and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this website.
Your continuing use of this website after any change means you have accepted the changed terms and conditions.
